It's vital therefore that the causes are understood, which may extend to any number of perspectives and elements within those perspectives.

Metrotech will complete a full analysis of the project environment and combine these findings in a report for submission to the project governance team for approval to proceed to the next stages

Options

We compete an intense analysis of the options that are available with a full due diligence as to their respective costs, risks, assumptions, dependencies and overall feasibility.

Remediation Plan

A detailed remediation plan is produced to define how the selected option(s) will be implemented. The plan will contain all periphery sub plans to support the core objective of the principle.

Monitor & Control

As the Remediation Plan is executed, we will monitor the progress of the implementation providing governance control in accordance to the governance structure in the Remediation Plan.

Structured Communications Plan

An effort of this type will be particularly dependent on communications with key stakeholder groups. Metrotech will present a structured communications plan that is integrated to the remediation plan itself.

Quality Assurance Plan

We prepare and issue for approval a detailed quality assurance plan to the key stakeholder and governance teams. Principally to establish the components that form our quality plan but also how we are intending to achieve it.
