As we're sure that you're already well aware... due to the restrictions to guard against the spread of Covid, all of our courses are provided online only.
Once we receive authority from the government to confirm that we may hold classroom based sessions, we'll restore these to our list of courses.
We understand... You may not require a whole course whether it's at the introductory level or advanced, but instead, just a 'deep dive' on a project management related subject matter which you need some help on. So, we've prepared a range of single topic sessions that focus entirely on a single topic.
These sessions are designed to cover the topic from a base level to advanced to provide a high level of competence in the related topic.
Basic to Advanced project scoping and related requirements.
When we address the 'options' element of the Initiation stage or as an ad hoc effort during a project, it could apply to several aspects of our project. This session examines where 'options' may be applied, what information should be gathered and how it should be presented.
Many projects fail to correlate the project's requirements with it's output. 'Diconnects' begin to form and the project is already flawed just as it has begun. This session focusses on how we might correlate the project's requirements with it's objectives in a structured manner that can be properly validated through the project goverance processes.
PID's are as varied and diverse as there are different projects. Each project manager, each organisation and each project environment influences how a PID should be produced. This session provides a detailed analysis of the constituent elements of a PID, how they should be applied and how a PID may be augmented.
The process that governs the transition between defining the WBS to producing a WBS is critical to both the structure of your project and the design of your Gantt Chart. This session provides a detailed examination, in parctical terms, how you might design a quality Gantt Chart once your have established your WBS.
Project Cost Forecasting must be structured using tried and tested methods since it's a critical element to the success of your project. This session covers, in detail, the elements involved, how they are presented and managed in order to support the governance of your project.
There is often some diversity where the topic of 'governances' are concerned. This session builds on the introductory elements of this topic and progresses to defining how, in practice, these should be used in a structured way to manage your project and inteact with your senior project stakeholders.
An element of the project which is often neglected and unstructured. The potential benefits of this important piece are lost and all involved are desitined to repeat the failings that they may otherwise have avoided. This session provides an advanced focus on the important components that form this topic, how they should be structured and so that, most importantly, how they may take effect.
